Before you write
Most numbers on this site come from the CoinGecko API rather than from us, so if a price or supply figure is wrong it is usually wrong at the source. We will still look into it and, where we can, report it upstream.
We cannot help with exchange accounts, lost funds, failed withdrawals or wallet recovery. CoinPumpkin does not custody assets and has no access to any exchange account — contact the venue directly. Anyone claiming to be CoinPumpkin support offering to recover funds is a scammer.
We do not publish paid reviews, accept payment for coverage, or add tokens to rankings on request. See how the site is funded.
Response times
This is a small operation, not a support desk. Data corrections and advertising enquiries are answered within a few business days; general feedback may take longer. Sending the same message more than once does not move it up the queue.
For anything time-sensitive about your own money — a stuck withdrawal, a compromised account, a suspected scam — contact your exchange or the relevant authority, not us. We have no ability to act on your behalf.
